ABOUT PARAGON THEATERS

Paragon has produced one of a kind entertainment destinations by utilizing the latest technology and amenities such as expanded food offerings, restaurants and bar/lounges, reserved and VIP seating, ancillary entertainment including bowling and expanded arcades, and most important, superior customer service.

Paragon currently has five theaters open and more in the works. The first theater, which opened in April 2010 through a partnership with Splitsville Luxury Lanes, is a 70,000 sq. foot entertainment center in Fredericksburg, VA. The theater portion boasts 12 high-definition digital screens, 3 of which include Premier VIP seating for 21 and over serving cocktails and food. The luxury bowling facility has 16 lanes of bowling with Splitsville’s signature gourmet restaurant.

The second theater opened in June 2010 in CocoWalk (Coconut Grove, Miami). The site at CocoWalk was operated for many years by another theater company but saw a $4 million upgrade to include stadium seating, high-definition digital projection with 3D, all reserved VIP seating, beer and wine offered at concessions, and the Backlot Wine Bar & Lounge and Prestige Audi private screening room.

Paragon recently acquired two locations in Minnesota. The first, the Paragon Odyssey 15, is located in Burnsville- greater Minneapolis market. The theater, now open, has undergone major upgrades including the recent finalization of a 70-foot Pepsi Max giant screen as well as the installation of all-digital Sony 4K projections. Shortly, new amenities will include a VIP Premiere 21-and over seating, and the activation of a large restaurant. The second Minnesota location, the Paragon Chateau 14 is located in Rochester, home of the world famous Mayo-Clinic. Paragon upgraded the facility by installing all-digital Sony 4k projection, undergoing extensive interior renovations, and adding a full feature bar-lounge.

Paragon's latest theater addition is the Paragon Deerfield 8 in Deerfield Beach, FL (formerly the Sunrise Cinema). Located at the prominent corner of Hillsboro & Powerline, Paragon plans to bring its expertise and renowned customer service to this newly renovated location and to provide additional amenities over the next few months including digital projection, all luxury-stadium seating and an expanded food menu as well as lobby and bathroom upgrades.
