The founding partners of ICE first engaged in online marketing in 2002 when they helped launch a security software product into an already established 15 year old industry. They were brought on as executives to run the sales and marketing for a self funded software company whose mission was to have a positive return on every dollar spent in marketing. Ten years later, the company evolved into an extremely strong consumer brand that supported tens of millions of users. Although their online sales were always strong, one of the key growth drivers of their business was when an inbound sales team drove new revenue through premium technical support services. This revenue was significant for their business and opened their eyes to a whole new world.
ICE takes the old school approach of taking inbound phone calls with a target market of customers being those that have PC and MAC related issues. ICE’s sales professionals are located in the United States and all of our representatives have experience in phone sales as a first priority, but all have an above average knowledge of computers and the Internet.
