Following the devastation of 1992’s Hurricane Andrew, Florida’s insurance companies began to request 4 Point Inspections in an effort to increase home safety and reduce the potential for costly and time-consuming claims. The 4 points referred of these inspections are: roof, electrical, HVAC (heat, ventilation, air conditioning) and plumbing. As home inspectors who are licensed to perform these crucial tests, we will evaluate these systems for integrity, productivity, safety and age – all with an eye toward preventing and anticipating issues before they arise.
